Dynamic Rules: Free Shipping – Remove Shipping Costs
The Free Shipping action under Dynamic Rules allows you to automatically remove shipping charges from customer carts whenever specific conditions are met. Make sure you’re using Whols Pro v2.2.0 or later, as this feature is newly added in this version.
When to Use
Use this feature if you want to:
- Run promotional campaigns where shipping costs are covered.
- Offer free shipping to particular customer groups (e.g., wholesale buyers).
- Encourage larger orders by waiving shipping when order thresholds are reached.
Configuration Steps
